In simple terms: ordinary cameras only record footage to review after something has happened. PlusVision is a camera with a tireless 24/7 "operator": it sees oil leaking, a seal dripping, a tank about to overflow, smoke, someone without a hard hat or entering a restricted zone, and alerts the right person immediately – and it can connect to SCADA to become an alarm in your system.

Can we use our existing IP cameras?

Yes. PlusVision runs on existing video streams or on new PlusSmart cameras/edge stations.

Does it need a fast Internet connection?

No. Processing happens at the edge, so only alerts and relevant clips are sent – there is no need to stream all video to the cloud.

Does it adapt to plant conditions?

Yes. Detection models are fine-tuned to each plant's operating conditions and areas.
