PlusSmart Analytics frequently asked questions

Does our plant data have to leave the site?

You decide what data to share; you can start with trends exported from the DCS/VFD for a few pumps. Both cloud and customer data lake deployments are supported.

Can handwritten or irregular data be used?

Yes. PlusSmart accepts handwritten logs and operating records; many plants start this way.

How is this different from AI predictive maintenance software?

AI/machine learning usually needs many failures to "learn". PlusSmart relies on pump engineering expertise, so problems are recognised from the first data and the cause can be explained.
